MIKE LOVE
Mike’s real estate journey is a testament to dedication and growth. His career began in 2017 when he earned his real estate license, motivated by a less-than-ideal experience during his first home purchase. By 2018, Mike was already receiving Top Producer awards at his office at Keller Williams Chervenic office in Fairlawn. His commitment to protecting clients and ensuring their satisfaction quickly set him apart from other agents. "I'm committed to killing bad deals, protecting my clients, and going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience," Mike says.
To further enhance his expertise, Mike earned his Pricing Strategy Advisor certification, allowing him to provide accurate home valuations and support them during appraisals.
In 2021, he joined EXP Realty, where he refined his skills by learning from top agents nationwide. His dedication led to multiple EXP ICON awards and Ohio Realtors’ President’s Club accolades. "I focused on time-blocking, optimizing systems, and mastering online marketing, all while strengthening relationships with past and new clients," he shares
In 2024, Mike achieved his broker’s license and founded Great Move Realty and Great Move Property Management. As a long-time member and board member of the Akron Canton Real Estate Investors Association, Mike recognized the demand for a trustworthy property management company. Partnering with fellow veteran John Holowenko, Mike now guides both Great Move Realty and Great Move Property Management, ensuring high-quality service without being consumed by day-to-day operations.
