Trent will be joining us as a new Licensed Realtor. Trent comes to us with experience in

banking, acquisitions, dispositions, foreclosures, home ownership, and HUD.

Trent comes to us from Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority (“AMHA”). During his 14

years at AMHA, Trent helped numerous individuals through his multiple roles, including Real

Estate Disposition Specialist, Homeownership Specialist, and Foreclosure Homeownership Self-

Sufficiency Coordinator. Prior to AMHA, Trent worked as an Assistant Project Manager for

Cleveland Housing Network, invested in Summit County real estate, and was Branch Manager for National City Bank, Akron’s Main Office.

Trent lives in Boston Heights with his wife, and high school sweetheart, Bonni. Outside of

the office, he enjoys further updating his newly-constructed home, traveling, and fitness.
